- Then click on the “CHECK BALANCE” button
This balance checking page requires that you verify that you are not a robot.
You might have difficulties checking your balance if you don’t prove that you are human.

You can also check over the phone by calling the customer care number.
Checking Autozone gift card balance by simply calling customer care
Before you call customer care, be sure that you have your PIN and your card number handy.
Those are the information that will be used to check your balance for you.
