The simple and straightforward answer to your question is that it is not possible to get shorter once you are tall.
Once you are tall, you are tall and there is nothing you can do about it.

The 1% that is left is if you want to go for a surgical operation to cut off your legs/bones and shorten them (maybe femur).
The process of cutting off your legs and bones is unhealthy, painful, and expensive to undergo.

As you may know, the bone marrow is said to be responsible for creating RBC and other vital cells in your body.
So you cut off your bone, you should know that you will lose your bone marrow which implies that you will suffer a lack of important cells that the body needs to function optimally.

However, there are a few things to do to make you look shorter.
Oversized clothing can make you look shorter.
Not that you are actually shorter but you only appear shorter.
There is no special shrinking secret and I’m not sure you are going to find any.
If you are attending an event, it is always advised that you find the shortest seat, possible so you don’t stand out from the average height of others.
Also, when talking to people, ensure that you are seated.
Taking all of these into consideration in your day-to-day living will completely get rid of the “How to get shorter” thought in your mind.
In summary, you must learn to love and accept yourself.
You are tall because God did not create you a short person.
Spending too much time thinking about what other people think of you is a waste of time.
Simply put in more energy in doing what is best for you.
Eat well and exercise on a regular basis. If you have a disability that stops you from exercising, concentrate on the aspects of your life that you can control.
Eating well, maintaining personal hygiene, obtaining an education, engaging in hobbies, and participating in the community are just a few examples.
